VV mukana BLACK VEIL BRIDESIN 9.6 julkaistulla singlellä
Yhteiskiertue Pohjois-Amerikassa alkaa syyskuussa
Yhdysvaltalainen rock-yhtye Black Veil Brides on julkaissut tänään 9.6. oman versionsa Sisters of Mercy -yhtyeen klassikosta Temple of Love. Kappaleella on mukana myös Ville Valo eli VV.
The very first song I heard by SOM was the ‘92 version of ‘Temple of Love’ and I became obsessed with their entire catalog. We’ve talked about doing a BVB version of this song for years and when given the opportunity to collaborate with fellow SOM fan and goth rock icon VV, it seems liked the perfect situation – kertoo yhtyeen keulakuva Andy Biersack.
VV ja Black Veil Brides suuntaavat syyskuussa 2023 yhteiselle Pohjois-Amerikan kiertueelle. 31 keikkaa käsittävällä kiertueella erikoisvieraana toimii Dark Divine.
VV:n säveltämä, sanoittama, soittama ja tuottama soolodebyytti Neon Noir julkaistiin tammikuussa 2023. Albumin myötä alkoi kattava kiertue pääsääntöisesti loppuunmyydyille saleille niin Euroopassa kuin Pohjois-Amerikassakin. Kesällä VV esiintyy lukuisilla festivaaleilla ympäri Eurooppaa. Suomen festivaalikesän avaus nähtiin eilen 8.6. Hyvinkään Rockfestissä.
